As Tiff invades Toronto for the 40th year, Out There has been out there covering the event for over 10 years.  TIFF is an always changing and adapting festival, which has grown from hosting 35,000 people to 432,000 people.  This year TIFF announced the introduction of  a Juried Platform program where 1 of 12 international films will have the chance of winning a $25,000 prize.
